I need help finding a movie title?

This movie is about a guy who gets a message on his phone and the
person that is sending him the message dares him to do something and
if he does it he receives money in his bank account. It is sort of
like a game.There is like a lot of dares. The first dare is the
easiest which is to kill a fly. I remember that another dare is to eat
dog poop. The final dare is to kill his own dad who is played by Bruce
Willis. The guy ends up not doing it and instead unexpectedly his own
dad grabs the knife and kills him instead. So both the son and the dad
were playing the game, but the son didn't know his dad was playing. In
this movie the dad is mean. Throughout the whole movie the guy has
flashbacks of his childhood and how everyone would treat him bad. I
think it was like an asian movie or it took place in China. The people
behind the messages were a group of asian guys. I think the movie
title had a two-digit number in it.
