Hilary Swank Apologizes for carrying on Birthday Celebration of Chechen Leader Charged with Human Privileges Violations

A next day of coming under heavy fire for showing up in the birthday celebration of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, Hilary Swank released an apology for carrying on.
