Lost in all the fevered anticipation for 'The Dark Knight Rises' is the fact that 'The Amazing Spider-Man' actually reached theaters just about two weeks before the Caped Crusader. Not that you'd know that since the Sony marketing campaign for the 'Spider-Man' reboot from director Marc Webb has played things relatively low-key -- or at least in comparison to the already engaged full-court press that Warner Bros. is putting on for Christopher Nolan's latest opus. It looks like that's about to change. The studio has debuted a new website for 'The Amazing Spider-man,' and in addition to featuring a moody score and some ambient sounds, it has character banners for your desktop.
